Beschrijving:

at an altitude of 1,000 metres, in a very panoramic and quiet position: detached building, on three levels and consisting of 4 residential units, all with separate entrances, for a total of approx. 400 m² of living space.
In front of the property is a 300 m² garden.

The building was used as a 'tavern with accommodation' in the 1970s/80s, many of the bedrooms still have a washbasin and bidet inside, as was the custom in those years.

Huidige staat:

the building is in very good condition. The roof, as well as 60% of the building, had been totally redone in the 1970s. The two portions of the house, located on the side, are to be made habitable and in need of maintenance as they have not been inhabited for several years, but are nevertheless in a good state of preservation

Nutsvoorzieningen:

all; most of the rooms have radiators powered by the wood-burning cooker. In the storeroom there is a wood-burning boiler, new-never used (therefore to be serviced) and would need to be connected to the existing system. Internet is present with Eolo service

Overige informatie:

the hamlet is located 1,000 metres above sea level; it consists of some 20 houses and is permanently populated by a few families; it is surrounded by greenery and is therefore very scenic and quiet.

The location is easily accessible by any car. The first town for shopping is 5 km away (Anzola), while the main town of Bedonia is 20 minutes by car; the Borgotaro motorway exit on the A15 Parma-La Spezia is 40 minutes by car

Note:

the village of Selvola is a crossroads for the surrounding mountains, with nature trails leading to Mount Penna, Mount Nero, Mount Maggiorasca, Mount Bue, Mount Ragola, Lake Bino, etc.
Precisely because of this naturalistic peculiarity, the building is suitable as a reception or hostel, accommodation with rooms, rental rooms and mountain bikes.
