in a very quiet and panoramic location: series of five buildings built of stone and independent of each other, in very poor condition, but there are cubes for reconstruction.

Surrounding the buildings are 13,000 metres of arable land/grazing land in one body; there are also two other bodies of land (see map) for a total of 27,000 m²

The main building, formerly a dwelling, is on three levels of 80 m² per floor; the remaining floors were used as a barn, stable and tool shed (for a total of about 150 m²).

The land is divided into 50% arable land/grazing land and 50% woodland.

the buildings are all in need of renovation, some are to be demolished and rebuilt. There is the possibility of an extension of 20% on the cubage of the existing buildings.

the property is 700 metres above sea level; it can be reached by any car (all asphalt road); the only two nearest houses are 20 metres away, one is permanently lived in, the other occasionally.  

It is 10 km from the town of Bedonia, 6 km from Compiano, 20 km from Bardi, and a 20-minute drive from the A15 Borgotaro exit.
