The land to the rear is nearly all woodland and on a steep slope apart from a small area near the house (200 m²) which is quite flat (see photo).

The nearest shopping facilities are to be found 2 km away, while the chief town of Bedonia is 9 km away and the Borgotaro motorway exit on the A15 is a 30-minute drive away.
