The cottage consists of a former stable with an overhanging barn (highest part in the photo), while on the side there are two rooms on the Ground Floor and two rooms on the First Floor. The house does not currently have a bathroom, and is therefore in need of construction.

the hamlet is 750 metres above sea level, it is in a panoramic, sunny and quiet position; the ten houses present are occupied from time to time and some permanently; it is 15 km from the towns of Bedonia and Bardi; the first place where it is possible to go shopping is 5 km away; the A15 Fornovo tollgate on the Parma-La Spezia motorway is 50 minutes away by car. The place is easily accessible by any car.
